Tomorrow! One hour to short-circuit stress

Join me tomorrow in short-circuiting stress...
Tomorrow I'm running a workshop for anyone whose life is being impacted by stress (and let's face it, right now that is most of us).
Chronic stress impacts every aspect of our lives. Our thinking is less sharp, we become more irritable, and our work and relationships suffer.
Unfortunately, once we hit a certain level, we are less likely to do the things that support our capacity to bounce back.
And yet, stress is not the enemy! When we understand how stress works, we can work with our bodies natural processes to improve motivation, focus, and productivity without interfering with the rest of our lives.
In this one-hour workshop, I will decode the science of stress and provide simple tools and approaches to work with stress to feel better and improve productivity.
"Short-Circuit Stress: Decoding Neuroscience for Sustained Success" is tomorrow at 4-5pm PT/ 7-8pm ET. You can register here to join me tomorrow.
